The start of a cultural shift

The Novant Revenue Management Team took part in an Inqui Workshop focused on gaining a better understanding of the non-medical experience patience faced. At the end of the two days, the team created a "future story" video which painted a vivid picture of how they wanted to rethink the experience—and the corporate culture. This video is an excerpt where each team member listed an area of the business that needed to be rethought.
